GC Launch Media is a marketing and lead-response business for contractors, owned and run by Luis Perez as a sole proprietorship. Information you give us
When you contact us, book a call, fill out a form or send us a text, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you tell us about your business or project.
Information collected automatically
This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Like any website, the company that hosts it may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls and appointments.
- To provide the services you hire us for, and to send you notices about them.
- To send you text messages and emails you've agreed to receive.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our business.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from GC Launch Media, we use your mobile number to send the messages you signed up for, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service notices. We don't share your mobile number or text message consent. GC Launch Media does not sell, rent, share or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every information-sharing category in this policy and are never shared with third parties.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and only so they can do that work for us: our customer-management and messaging platform, our email provider, our website host and the phone carriers that deliver calls and texts. They may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working with you, or for as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, and longer only when the law requires it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- See, correct or delete your information: email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
