These terms cover your use of the GC Launch Media website and our text message program. GC Launch Media is a marketing and lead-response business for contractors, owned and run by Luis Perez as a sole proprietorship. By using this site or joining our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Text message program
Program name: GC Launch Media.
What you'll receive: when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your inquiry: replies to your questions, scheduling, confirming and reminding you of calls and appointments, and notices about services you've hired us for. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional updates and offers.
How often: message frequency varies with your conversation and appointments.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
To stop: reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.

Consent: agreeing to receive texts isn't a condition of buying anything from us.
Carriers: mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This website describes what we offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site. Descriptions of how our system works, including the times shown on the home page, come from our own test account and aren't a guarantee of results for your business.
